End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

1. Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Tidro ("We", "Us" or "the Company") regarding your use of the Tidro platform and related services ("Software").

2. Licence Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the Software for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence applies in all countries where the Software is available.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute or sell the Software or any part of it
  • Decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive source code from the Software
  • Rent, lease or lend the Software to third parties
  • Use the Software for unlawful purposes
  • Circumvent technical protection measures

4. Ownership

The Software and all intellectual property rights belong to Tidro. This licence does not give you any ownership rights to the Software.

5. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Software is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process your personal data. We are GDPR-compliant.

6. Updates

We may provide updates to the Software. These updates may be mandatory for continued use of the Service.

7. Fees

Certain features of the Software require payment. Prices and payment terms are shown in the app and on our website.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Software.

9. Termination

This licence is valid until terminated. We may terminate this licence immediately if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Software.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to amend this EULA. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app. Continued use implies acceptance of the amended terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled by Swedish courts.

13. Child Safety

The Software is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfil our obligations where such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

15. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.

16. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tidro regarding the Software.

By using Tidro you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this EULA.
