Child Safety Standards

1. Our Commitment

Tidro has a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The sexual abuse or exploitation of minors, in any form, is strictly prohibited on our platform. We are committed to preventing, detecting, and reporting such conduct, and to removing offending content and accounts. These standards apply to all users, content, and communication on Tidro (web and app).

2. Minimum Age

Tidro is an adults-only social platform intended for users aged 18 and over. Tidro is not directed to children and we do not knowingly permit persons under 18 to create an account or use the Service. If we become aware that an account belongs to a minor, we will disable it.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Tidro and will result in content removal, account termination, and where appropriate a report to law enforcement:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any image, video, or other content that depicts the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.
  • Grooming — any attempt to establish contact with, build trust with, or manipulate a minor for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation.
  • Sextortion, solicitation, or the sexualisation of minors, including through text, links, or AI-generated content.
  • Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE material, or directing users to such material elsewhere.
  • Any other conduct that endangers the safety or wellbeing of a minor.

4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Anyone can report suspected child safety violations, including CSAE:

  • In the app or on the web, use the report function available on content, profiles, and messages.
  • Email our child-safety point of contact directly at [email protected].
  • Reports can be made confidentially and do not require a Tidro account to be submitted by email.

5. How We Respond

When we receive a report or otherwise become aware of CSAE, we act promptly to:

  • Review the report and remove or disable access to the offending content.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate the accounts involved.
  • Preserve relevant data as required by law.
  • Report confirmed CSAM and CSAE to the relevant authorities, including the Swedish Police and, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent bodies.

6. Legal Compliance

Tidro complies with applicable child safety laws in Sweden and the European Union, and cooperates with law enforcement and recognised child-protection organisations. We maintain these standards and review them regularly to keep them effective and up to date.

8. Updates to These Standards

We may update these standards from time to time to reflect changes in law, our practices, or platform features. The current version is always published at this address.
